I guess you'll have to google it and choose the one you like most. Make one batch spicy hot when you have tomatoes, it's nice to have this choice sometimes, although I rarely use ketchup of any kind, too sweet to put in savory dishes for me.
With liquid smoke and bourbon, you can also make BBQ sauce with the same ketchup recipe basis.
