I've gone from planting a big pepper patch, to just raising a few plants in large pots on the patio. Much more successful than trying to raise them on this patch of water sucking sand I am sitting on. I have also found that I can do a second crop planted in the middle of August, and have a decent crop before the first freeze here in north Florida.
