Central Texas
At that age they are rapidly growing and can eat a lot, just like a teenage child. As long as they have access to plenty of hay or grass and are full they can be switched to a self feeder. Keep increasing feed until they leave some in the bunk then move to self feeder while full. That ration is low enough on starch that acidosis should not be an issue and if access to plenty of roughage, should not bloat. Since you are only feeding for about 90 days, can pour the feed to them as they are growing so rapidly. At this age/size almost impossible to get them fat in 90 days.

Sounds like you are doing just fine to me, so keep on truckin'.
