There's very few simple foods as good as popcorn. I've converted my grandkids to it as well. I've been using some non-butter recipes with herbs to flavor the popcorn. My grandson loves the herb de provence popcorn. For me it's truffle salt. Old Bay seasoning or chipotle powder give popcorn a kick.
