gratz made chain for patz for umpteen years till one day patz got greedy and said you have to lower your price of we will fire you and get our chain made over seas . anyway a long bitter lawsuit followed and now gratz is selling there own product and patz went else where for there stuff , probly lesser quality at higher price . jmo .  probly was more involved but that's about what happened .
