Lander, WY | I'm wanting to put up some sun shades for pigs, I've found used mesh pool covers I'm going to use, but need to suspend them. I'm thinking cables running across the top of the pens about 8 feet high, I've got some old REA poles to use. Question is, how far can I span, and what size cables? I'd love to go about 150-200 feet (across all the pens) but that may be too far. I can put some pipe or some kind of support along the fence lines, but knowing pigs I prefer not to have the poles in the pens. So what size cable do you guys think I would need? | |
