Subject: RE: McHusker is there much corn in the O'neil and Ord area in NEB

SE Nebraska

McHusker - 5/15/2014 12:21 I can't say for O'neil. But yes, there is quite a bit around Ord. Also around Broken Bow was cold and northeast of Lexington. And when I say cold I mean 27 and below. I heard it was 25 around Broken Bow. I do believe all of Custer and Valley counties were very cold, 28 and below. I saw this on Intellicast, around 6 this morn using the pan and zoom on current temperatures. I think it was also in the mid twenties in north, northwest Buffalo county, north of Kearney. If you use the historic button on Intellicast, it shows all the temps for the night. Or you can click on the stations button on Weather underground. People should also remember it is colder in the country, than it is in town. I would be a little concerned farther east tonight and tomorrow night.

Yep frost warnings here for tonight. Southeast of Lincoln. Might nip some of the bigger corn that is up. Some in V4
