East of Dodge City, KS | How awesome!!!! Like redoak said, glean as much history from them as you can. Take a recorder in, or a video camera, interview type. It would be great if they could dictate or write a journal or memoir, depending on their writing ability. We asked my wife's dad to do that, but didn't get it done. I believe we are losing a ton of history that kids, grandkids and future generations will never know if we don't document some of that old history for them. Congratulations to your folks. | |
