No, but 12K meters is about 39K feet. We have producing wells at over 14K feet, 1/3 of 39K feet is 13K. IIRC there was a 15K oil well in west TX in the 1960's.
Google is my friend! LOL Deepest oil well 31,441 feet in OK, 51 wells deeper than 25K feet, most in TX and some were as early as the 70's.
