Bill, Someday when you have time in the summer, you need to find your way up here and I'll take you for a tour of the Colstrip coal mine run by Westmoreland Coal.
I'm betting you will change your mind about strip mine reclamation. I know I did.
What they've done there and how they improved the ground is nothing short of amazing.
