I'm only 30 miles SW of you, I talked to a NRCS grazing "specialist" this winter, I want to take an 80 that's HEL and marginal for crops and seed it down for pasture. He recommended Orchard, Timothy, Crested wheatgrass, Tall wheatgrass, and Meadow brome. Smooth brome is what grows in the ditches, Meadow is better for grazing and pastures. He also mentioned some Fescues like Tall fawn and Chewing but I decided against these. Edit; check out Albert Lea seed house. I see you wanted some legumes, the super grazing mix has Chicory, Alice white clover and Birdsfoot trefoil.
