How big is the nurse tank? If this is an unusual amount of water to draw continuously then you are drawing down your well and disturbing the rust/sediment on the inside of the casing. Another thing to consider is the time of year. The water table is higher in spring so you are again disturbing the inside surface of your well. This is not from a leaky line
