Don't usually post, just lurk, but thought I might on this one. Yes , Father is from up north but they have been here probably 15 to 20 years if not more. I know all parties and history of all involved including OP. Gary and Jason are good guys, work their tails off. Run cattle too and think they will continue too. Have farmed around and by them for years. Don't know what happened. lot's of stories. Don't really want to. If we didn't have somebody dinging one of our landlord's every year I would think something is wrong. Had a neighbor call a landlady 10 years in a row offering $10 an acre more than what we were paying. Guess we were lucky she liked us. I don't recall anybody feeling sorry for us when we lost ground or had a bad year. Just put our heads down and kept going. Can't take any joy in the misfortune of others no matter the reason. Wasn't brought up that way.
