We've been trying to get better about doing it.  My preference is for more like Monday evening or Tuesday AM though.  Monday morning sounds great in theory and is probably ideal for 9-5 businesses.  Problem with farming is that during the busy seasons a lot of times on Monday morning somebody needs to be going after parts, hydraulic hose, tires, etc.
