Southeast Wyoming

I didn't go to OP OC's URL but from his message: "What they are watching is a large body of warm water in the Pacific Ocean which appears to be rising to the surface."

I suppose the link may explain it further, but what determines the "motion" of that "large body of warm water"?  Since it is below the surface, how do they track it?  How do they determine what created it oh contrar, nothing is ever created, I'm sorry. . . didn't mean to upset anyone.

But wait, yes creation is okay if man created it, but how do they establish that man created it instead of being "created" generated by the "normal" thermal activity under water?

My intention is not to antagonize. Seriously, how do they track the motion of this warm spot and project it's activity?
