In the end, all he wants is your money, to buy his booklet to reveal the "secrets". I say if he has or will lose faith in the greenback, or believe the value will collapse, then he wouldn't want your U.S. dollars to buy the book, maybe gold instead.
He advocates buying gold & silver to hedge against the dollar. The "secret" of the rich is probably that some hold onto diamonds. (a terrible / highly risky investment)
