I wonder what solution they can do, as a free market guy it is tough for me to say they shouldn't haul product A but should haul product B instead.....
If they can have a way to safely run a few more engines that would be good, cut some red tape without making things unsafe.
Build more pipelines. I think fluids really are safer in a pipeline than on rails or wheels, in general.
