Texas/New Mexico Stateline | Looks to me like the sorting machines are misreading the zip code. And or misreading the barcode. The sorting machines sent it to the wrong PO, and the wrong delivery carrier. He brings it back to the PO, and puts it back on the truck, gets sorted wrong again and back out for delivery.
USPS has a name for it: "Looping". Hopefully somebody will look at the package carefully after a while and make sure it has the correct zip code and bar code. |
