Oklahoma | 0.1-0.50/lb over local market depending on the arrangement. Some come pick the lambs up at the farm and process theirself (0.10 over) or if I haul to processor, pay the up front processing that they reimburse and deliver meat back to them (0.50 over).
I have looked at selling by the finished lbs and cuts but I am not near large enough and not enough customer base. | |
