Some Wal-Marts have independent contractors in them that are not affiliated with the provider in the store. I understand that in those locations, Ray Bans are an option. I use a Wal-Mart with Ray Bans and an independent and really like they guy and I have had cornea transplants so I am picky.
Eye doctors?
