If you think it has been such a benefit why look the other way? Embrace it. Change the laws.
Why stop at delayed quotes,delayed trades!
It would sure make things easier for Hilary and Martha Stewart. Wait, why shouldn't we all get preferential treatment? We could have a tiered trading system. Pay more for a trade closer to market. Don't want to pony up maybe your trade goes through slower.
