Sandy Hook, MB

Hello Chimel

No, I meant later this spring (when it finally gets here) & other people in my area are starting their gardens, mine will be ripe for the picking!

No special light. My house has a southern exposure & keep it in the direct sunlight in my living room as much as possible, moving it throughout the day, if I'm in the house.

Addition: That small pepper that is there now, the bud did not open up & bloom first like all the other ones. When it opened up, the pepper was already there. This is the first time that I've seen that, but heard that it can happen to plants that are not getting enough sunlight. I don't know if peppers are self pollinating or not & over the years I've been taking a tooth pick & pollinating the blossoms on it. Maybe i don't have to?

You're reading it wrong, -22° F = -30° C.

Reason for edit: Addition.
