I believe some stuff is free but you sorta get what you pay for there, like the early days with the giant dish was lots of free stuff but it helped to understand Spanish....

If you have a cable subscription some allow free access to the cable subscription you have.

Or you can subscribe to most any of the Internet packages for a monthly fee.
