We have Exede and haven't had any problems. We moved once and it was easy to set up the installation. Customer service is good, had one mess up on their part from when we moved and they quickly refunded it. The guys that have been here to install know what they're doing. I recently priced around with Dish and HughesNet, and they're all very close in price.
