SW TX PANHANDLE
Here the wheat was gone last fall, never germinated. Very little irrigated, will mostly be grazed out. Things are just plain depressing. Hopefully we are close to hitting bottom. Extension agent said this morning we are 31 inches behind normal over the last 3 years on precip. Only average about 18 a year. Would like to see the other end of that spectrum in my lifetime. Of course it would probably come in three days!
