West of Broken Bow | Hard for me to say exactly which would be my favorite.
Homemade tacos as another member suggested are quite tasty.
Fresh caught Channel catfish or crappie that's fried. Serve it with a baked potato or homemade fries. Maybe include some nice big slices of a juicy red garden tomato.
It's been too long since I've had any homemade pizza.
Sometimes a friend from Alaska shares some fresh Salmon or some other fish he caught. I usually bake it.
I forgot to mention steak with sauteed mushrooms.
