Ontario's middle east | Well, I will likely get reprimanded for this, but I guess I will say it anyways. There is not a lot of reason for nail chewing on basis. Basis presented some good opportunities early on given the crop size. Bin welding farmers focusing on flat prices bolstered basis out of harvest with restricted movement and like Ray and I said (to little fanfare BTW) history would indeed repeat itself. Understanding how commercials trade cash grain can not be ignored in these situations. The grain had to move and the market figured out how. | |
