When you first start to feel a cold coming, take 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, pour it in a tablespoon, cover with honey ( til spoon is full ) and consume in mouth. Do this twice a day for three days. I have been doing this for years and have always avoiding getting sick.
Not sure what to do after your already sick, try it and see.
