Red River Valley | the 300 per acre thingy - but do you really think they will say if we can't get what we want ( 300.00 per acre ) than leave it sit and we will take nothing for a year ??
I have stated all along that the cost of land will get adjusted I have been told by many that it will not happen so I guess your area will be a good test place.
I will have great Interest in finding out if the Investor/owners hold to a 300 or bust mentality or if they say we need income at what ever level it will bring ??
