Napanee, Ontario | all the more reason to own it, and not rent it, over the long term. You won't get rich farming rented ground all your life. Some might, but very few. More like just enough to depreciate equipment and keep the wheels turning each spring.
Pretty good comment from Hurricane i just read over in stock talk:
"There is a lot of people my age that have been going to buy land on a 30% reduction in land prices the last 15 years. Unfortunately those taillights keep getting further away from those that just average costs over time."
