Do you own your ground you farm there milofarmer or rent? What does land sell for there?
I own a little, and rent most of it. My family has been farming here since 1908, I guess I'll stick around a little while.
Irrigation is on the way out as the aquifer is not recharging fast as it is being used. Quite a lot of folks are packing up and leaving to the North Plains where there is still water to mine out. Sad to see, we stopped irrigating about 10 years ago.
