North West IA/western AZ | I stepped out of my skid loader yesterday and felt a pop and pain in the calf muscle of my left leg. The pain is much like a cramp but only happens now when the leg is straight and the toe is pushing down (like standing on tip toes). I can also get a lesser pain sitting down with leg extended straight and tipping my toes back toward my body.
Is this a normal pulled muscle, or is there something else going on here? | |
