Ahay.......I don't think 2nd crop beans are insurable in Nebraska. I believe the acres that were planted after rye silage should have been reported as uninsurable and should not be on your APH record.
McHusker.......Trend adjust your APH's This will lift your APH's to a degree. OTHER option, Cancell your soybean policy for ONE year (preferably a year you have very few beans), Then repurchase a soybean policy the next year. Re-establish your APH. Say 3 most recent years and one year of 100% t-yield. MAGIC all of your old crap yield are GONE! But, it takes going one year with no APH based ins on soybeans.
