Not sure I understand the dynamics of this report, but 160bn compared to 8 trillion is small potatoes. A fall in the price of iron ore could only be beneficial to China, as they consume tons of it and in fact every scrap metal in these parts has been bought and shipped to China in the last few years.
But, what do I know.
