North central illinois | When I deliver a 300 lb Duroc barrow and get 10 pork chops back at 3/4" thick it makes me wonder. That ain't all, some hams come back so full of blood spots it made me sick to look at it. I've herd good things about gridley locker from a couple friends, anyone use em.
