North End I-15
I heat with diesel , 1000 gallons last year , perhaps 200 gallons more this year . Single story ranch house , built 1966 . Has non fiberglass tar papered wool bat . (not wool ) Attic has blown in mouse nest 2' thick . Approximately 1800 sq ft .
Had a heat pump installed in 83 , but it has been converted to AC cycle only . electric rates have doubled since 83 .
