That's the way my everyday digital watch is. I lost my instructions on how to change the time so I've been an hour ahead all winter. Now I'm right back on time again :-).
I personally like this day light savings change. I like the extra hour of daylight every day. It wouldn't bother a bit if they left it this way year round.
