you will need the 1.15 monitor file to take new upgrades past any release 1.XX. If your Ez-Guide 500 has a lower monitor version, you will have to upgrade to an intermediate version then upgrade to any new versions starting with 2.00 and higher.

It is best to read the release notes on this one.
