it is somewhat of a supply side issue.
big "demand function" is what's driving the meat markets.
Higher volume of meat moved globally X Higher prices = HIGH demand function.
Hogs are going higher, that simple.
( add 40% to today's level
).
if they cannot source usa product they'll buy it in Denmark.
