Like everyone else said ralgro is a good implant choice here.

For an ionophore I would recommend either rumensin or bovatec. Both improve feed efficency but in varying ways; Rumensin works by depressing feed intake (which is why people think that cattle don't like to eat it) while holding ADG the same to a tick lower - thereby putting less pounds into the same amount of gain. Bovatec on the other hand will increase ADG while feed intake stays the same to a tick higher so you have more gain from the same amount of feed. Both are good products and both have their respective places. Feedlots tend to gravitate towards Rumensin since it means less feed to haul to the bunk and less manure to scrape out of the pen where as when starting cattle you might use bovatec which will keep them eating more.
