| Was wondering a little bit about beef cattle. From calf to finish, if I want to raise 50 head, how many acres of hay would I need, corn silage, and grain corn? We have a pasture that they could graze during the summer so I wouldn't need a lot of hay in the summer months, just winter, spring, and fall. We currently don't raise beef cattle but have the infrastructure for it. | |
