New Mexico		sounds like a mexican gray wolf.

wolves and wolf dogs take on the front alot.
reason might be because the animal is trying to defend itself.

have seen em chew up 35 fronts on 1st calf hiefers in a 2 night span.

don't know where in TX. irregardless it's a wolf or wolfdogx.

coyotes never bother a good set of cows. mo
