Formerly NE North Dakota, now NW MN
What's weighing on my thinking is that if the Mississippi stays frozen until may 1st so urea stays high or goes higher, and we blow past the wheat planting window, will a 20% soybean sale turn into a 10% soybean sale?

Way too many unknowns... so I kinda just have analysis paralysis at this point. We're at that 11.70ish neighborhood, bound to be a little resistance here because at this point we are a little over-bought, but if this thing takes a breather for a week or two that doesn't mean we won't wake up one day and new crop will be up 40 cents, with little apparent news pushing it. I think for now I better just be content to sit on my hands and let the market try to buy some more acres off me.

Anyone like Tritonman have their ear to the ground on soybean seed supplies? I'm thinking they should be beyond ample for this year, but man, as we're coming to the end of the insurance period....it's starting to look like the world really really wants us to plant soybeans huh?
