No one has any railcars because of poor railroad performance across the entire US. Many participants are having to "buy-in" sales to cover committments because of horrible logisitics. There are no sellers today in the cash market as no one has anything for sale. Chicago Rule11 is up 65 cents since the first of February, while chicago in-tank is only up 23 cents. New york harbor is up over 80 cents in the same time frame. We have record spreads across the US relative to Chicago. Eventually futures have to follow cash, hence the rally.

Is there a risk that a plant would have to shut down due to not being able to get products shipped out and having there storage full?
