be about 8,000 lbs per acre of feed. ( 4,200 lbs ear corn, and say 4,000 lbs of stalks ).
( Just do the math )

As Poverty Acres said, there's some good info here on strip grazing corn.

Jim at Dawn winters cows and feeds out the calves on standing corn.
