Subject: Administering Antibiotics and vaccines together?

north west arkansas
I have a set of fall calves that aren't feeling well and I am going to get them into the chute and treat them. The problem is I was planning on working that set of cow and calves tomorrow and didn't know if I should or not. I am not saying I haven't done it at the same time in the past but usually I don't like to, I was thinking I had read before that the vaccines antibiotics could work against one another. I just thought I would ask what everyone else's thoughts were on this.
Edit : I am probably gonna use mocotil just because I have some that needs used up.
