Okay I might be over doing the dirt work but he said at one time someone from conservation told him you could farm it but you have to put another terrace and there are plenty of washouts and old terraces to fix.If the guy wanted 3000 I would do it in a heartbeat but this seems high to me. Yes it is in pasture now.
