Western Illinois | I'd make sure that he is fully warmed up and that he's got some colostrum or first milk to get him going. There have been a lot of posts on here about using instant coffee crystals with your milk when you tube or feed him.
I always use a bathtub to make sure he's fully warmed up. I've heard if you don't completely get him warm then it doesn't do any good to give them anything to eat.
