I don't know her body condition or what your feeding. It seems them 2 things make a huge difference in how fast they come into milk. It seems it takes a few days for them to really get going. Maybe try sumplimenting the calf for a few days. He'll let you know if he's getting enough. A cc of oxytocin might not hurt. Its cheap and has to come from a vet.
