Yes, you people in the cold country must be tough (or dumb :) ).
Here, we got less than 2" and school was cancelled. We still have court, but I do not issue warrants for people who do not appear when schools are cancelled.
I am tired of the cold as well.
It helps to be both and being stubborn, ornery and bullheaded helps too.
